Andrew L. Graham, ARM
Mr. Graham oversees all risk management operations for Wright Specialty Insurance. He started at WSI in 2010 as the risk control manager and has seen his responsibilities grow as the program has expanded in terms of states served and services offered with over 1,000 insureds. Responsibilities include website management, vendor coordination, personnel management, WSI Risk Management publications, valued-added service development, quality control, online resource development, and risk transfer consultation.
Mr. Graham began his risk management career at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a risk control representative, quickly gaining responsibilities for some of Liberty’s largest clients including IBM, UPS, and Federated Department Stores. From there he broadened his experience in the insurance industry joining Aon Risk Services, providing risk control services to a broad array of clients nationwide. Eventually, he was asked to join the Aon Mergers and Acquisition Group working very closely with claims advocacy specialists on the due diligence process for target private equity businesses and then managing risk control services for the businesses once they joined the parent company. He also served as a member of Aon’s National Risk Control Steering Committee and was a founding member of the Behavioral Based Safety Practice. He then joined Marsh’s Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisition (PEMA) group holding similar responsibilities as Aon. From Marsh, he then moved on to a startup boutique broker, also in the Private Equity space, as the Senior Vice President of Risk Management services responsible for managing all risk control services, including carrier services, before coming to Wright.
Mr. Graham earned his B.S. degree in Polymer Science from Cornell University. In addition, Mr. Graham holds the Associates in Risk Management (ARM) designation.
